Again, Carl Bergman and his team did their work in expert fashion and provided excellent service. Carl even went beyond what he "had" to do, by calling an unreasonable tire shop to explain, more perfectly, the definition of "road hazard," and helped have a tire replaced that needed replacing. It is never the first choice to have to have a car repaired, but working with Carl's shop is a pleasure.
