I used to take my BMW to Reeves BMW and always left feeling like they took advantage of me. Finally, after some hesitation of my part, I took my car to Bermans' International Autoworks at Brandon, Fl. I was very impressed, the facility is clean, they know what they are doing and best of all, at a good price. Some of the staff used to work for Reeves BMW and they were even nice enough to return my wallet that I didn't even know I lost when I paid there. I already schedule an appointment to fix little things in my car that need some maintenance. I even used to change my own oil since the dealer is charging an arm and a leg for these services. However, now I plan to service my vehicle at this location based on price and quality of service. Highly recommended.
