Bergman's European Auto Repair

I have personally owned several high end vehicles but I have always felt that I had no better alternative in regards to service, than to have the Dealership provide me with the mechanical service that these cars needed. Even though every time I would leave these high end Dealerships, I ALWAYS left feeling violated in the worse way; ROBBED & SCREWED!!!!!!! In all my years in dealing with Dealerships/Mechanics, I have never thought in my life time that I would ever discover Honesty, Integrity and Quality, synonymous with any AutoWork shop, but now I have. I want to sincerely thank Carl and Kenny for the best Mechanical experience that I have ever had. Guys please continue to do what you do and I promise I will continue to come back to you!! I used to take my BMW to Reeves BMW and always left feeling like they took advantage of me. Finally, after some hesitation of my part, I took my car to Bermans' International Autoworks at Brandon, Fl. I was very impressed, the facility is clean, they know what they are doing and best of all, at a good price. Some of the staff used to work for Reeves BMW and they were even nice enough to return my wallet that I didn't even know I lost when I paid there. I already schedule an appointment to fix little things in my car that need some maintenance. I even used to change my own oil since the dealer is charging an arm and a leg for these services. However, now I plan to service my vehicle at this location based on price and quality of service. Highly recommended.
