Always pleased with the service I receive from Bergman's !

Have gone to them for a handful of years for service on my Volvo. They have always done a great job on customer service, follow through, maintenance, timeless, etc. My only issue has ever been that they have at times offered services that are clearly listed in my Volvo maintenance log as not being required at the time Bergman's offers to do them. But with a little monitoring, they have never steered me wrong, and my car works great. I feel welcomed and appreciated by them, and I feel their work is honest. I recommend them highly.

I brought my Lexus in because it was leaking oil. After they took a look at the car, they notified me that it was an oil hose and that Lexus had a factory recall on it. Instead of fixing they told me to go to Lexus and get it fixed because of the recall for no cost.

Had car towed overnight, called first thing in the morning to report problem. Staff was friendly, courteous and communicated extremely well. Car was done is less time then expected. Highly recommend for anyone that owns an import!

As usual, Kenny and the crew were exceptional. They were promp and attentive to m needs and the problems that I brought to their attention. My vehicle was repaired and returned in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with the services rendered.

I have been taking my 2000 BMW to Bergman for over 5 years. I have complete faith and trust in them. Service is always top notch and I never feel that as a woman that I am being taken advantage. Highly recommend them for all your car needs.
