“A 2009 Volkswagen Tiguan had two cautionary lights illuminated on the front panel. The check engine light was illuminated as was the indicator for an exterior lighting problem. Bergman's auto repair was selected to perform the needed repairs. A call was made and appointment was scheduled for 7:30 AM. We arrive promptly at 7:30 and we were greeted by two uniform professionals who are very knowledgeable of the vehicle and the related difficulties. Within three hours the diagnosis was complete. It was described that there was a problem with both cooling fans along with several burned out bulbs on the exterior of the vehicle. We were given a complete description of the problems and all of the available options. The vehicle was left for repair and everything was completed the same day.
